Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your A. RAYMOND BRASIL components. This policy explains how to return clips, retainers, fasteners, clamps or fluid connectors and how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-21.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Please keep parts in their original packaging and quantities so we can identify the part number and batch.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number. Include the part numbers and quantities you want to return and a short description of the reason.

We answer within 2 business days.

Wrong or defective items

If you received a part that does not match your order, or that arrived defective, tell us at [email protected] and include photos.

We will review the case and explain the next steps for replacement or refund.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
